Initiate Your Request

Log into your BonLook account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place your eyewear in its original protective case and include all accessories, such as the microfiber cloth, inside the shipping box.

Label and Ship

Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
